Your First Visit
On your first visit, you will spend approximately an hour in our
office. During this time, you will:

- Fill out a patient medical history form
- Receive your program handout and materials
- Have an informative discussion with Dr. Frickey that
explains each component of the comprehensive
program, including time for your questions - Be assessed for vital signs, including blood pressure,
pulse, weight, and height - Have a medical consultation with Dr. Frickey, who will
complete a brief physical, including a cardiovascular
exam, review your medical chart, assess any special
concerns or conditions, answer any questions you may
have, and discuss options for your program
Your Return Visit
Every four weeks, Dr. Frickey will examine you. Return visits typically take 30 minutes.
Return visits are extremely important because they are designed to:
